This year’s Menswear Milan Fashion Week featured the unveiling of the Prada Menswear Fall 2025 collection. Co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons welcomed attendees into the Fondazione Prada, which showcased a striking installation of tubular scaffolding extending across three stories. This industrial framework created a bold contrast to the uniquely patterned carpet laid out (crafted by Catherine Martin). The design partners delved into themes of “human nature, basic instincts, as a catalyst for fundamental human creativity. Unlearned reactions, automatic responses.” In terms of fashion, expect to see shearling, plaids, form-fitting t-shirts, and western-inspired boots as key items for the upcoming season for the Prada clientele.

“Their formula must be effective since we’re seeing 0% freshness and 100% recycled Prada codes. Some garments are dreadful, while others are fashionable and practical, but ultimately it’s meaningless with those exorbitant price tags.”

“I hate to admit it, but there are a few items I’m intrigued by (this coat and this coat) and some accessories from this collection. Yet, I can’t see the Prada man here; it feels distinctly Raf Simons. I appreciate them for what they are, but I don’t anticipate that changing soon.”
